I have read about Helen Keller. A healthy baby girl was born, in 1880. Her name was Helen Keller. Then the baby became ill. Anyone tried to help her, but they thought that she may not live. She lived, but she was not the same after her illness. Because the child was deaf and blind. Her parents felt sorry her. Helen was deaf and blind, but she was bright, too. Some people thought that she did not learn anything, but her mother did not agree. Helen began to grow wild. Helen often became angry. She often angry likes child. Then a baby sister was born. Helen was not happy. One day Helen pushed the baby out of its cradle onto the floor. Her mother cried, and her parents went to Washngton, D.C., to visit the famous Alexander Graham Bell. Dr. bell had invented the telephone, and he was also a teacher of the deaf. He found out that Helen Keller can learn, but she will need a special teacher. Then he write to the Perkins School for the Blind in Boston, massachusetts. Also ask them to send a teacher. Then they invited a teacher. Her name was Sullivanian. March 3, 1887, the teacher arrived. Helen was standing near the front of the house, she thought it was her mother. This time was Helen met Sullivanian. Later in her life, Helen would call this day the birthday of her soul. Sullivanian tried to teach anything to Helen, for example she spelled the words with her fingers into Hellen's hand. She made the letters with a special alphabet. She could spelled d-o-l-l, but she did not understand what she was doing. I thought it's difficult to understand what she did. Helen did not would not sit in a chair, and she ate from everyone's plate without spoun. Sullinvanian taught how to eat meal, but it were terrible fights. Finally Helen sat in chair, and ate own plate. Miss Sullivanian was strict but kind. Helen began to like her. Helen did not understand the hand signs. One day they were learning, but Helen mixed up the words again and again, so they took a walked outside. Helen and teacher walked in the garden. They came to the water pump. The teacher began pumping. Water poured out. Miss Sullivanian put Hellen's hand in the water. Then she spelled w-a-t-e-r. Suddenly Helen understood. She felt very happy. she late wrote it was as if I had come back to life after being dead. sullivanian told everyone what had happened. Helen's mother wept with joy. it was a miracle, but it was not the last one. The life of Hellen Keller was filled with miracles for years to come. Most of the work she did was to help people who were blind or deaf. She was a warm and caring person. The life of Hellen Keller brought hope to many.
When I finished to read the book, I thought it is important to never give up, and Helen was happy because she could meet Sullivanian. Then I thought she studied very harder. I thought I have to study more and more.
